100% pure Caspian silk. Finely hand knotted by master weaving atelier of ‘Iran Qum Salehi’ with approximately 750,000 individual knots per square meter. Central starburst medallion, surrounded by mihrab floral design and cartouche design border. The entire in tones of saffron, gold, red and highlights in sage green with a rich burgundy and cream field. Qum silk carpet are amongst the best and most valuable of Persian rugs.
